# Licensing, attribution and AI-generated content

This independent, exploratory study compares prompts under a specific MiniMax
H3 / Hyperflow / ComfyUI recipe. It is not an official MiniMax benchmark or an
endorsement by MiniMax, the reference photographers, or the people depicted.
Generated videos and their extracted frames are AI-generated. They do not
document real actions or statements by the people in the source photographs.

## Model and generated outputs

MiniMax H3 is provided under the
[MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement](https://huggingface.co/MiniMaxAI/MiniMax-H3/blob/main/LICENSE).
That license contains territorial restrictions, including restrictions on
using, distributing and displaying generated outputs outside its Applicable
Territory (see sections I and V.4). Its excluded territories include the EU,
UK, US and South Korea. Consult the actual license and obtain any necessary
permission; this notice does not grant permission or waive those restrictions.
No model weights, inference service, or copies of the official prompting guides
are included in this static presentation.

## Reference assets

- The five source photographs are from Unsplash. Their original source URLs
  and exact file hashes are recorded in [assets.json](assets.json) and the
  [reference gallery](references.html). See the [Unsplash license](https://unsplash.com/license)
  and [terms](https://unsplash.com/terms). Any third-party likeness, trademark
  or other rights remain separate; no endorsement is implied.
- The timing cue was procedurally generated for this study.
- The voice fixture was generated with espeak-ng, using the transcript shown
  in the reference metadata. It is not a natural-human voice benchmark.
- Source video references and endpoint frames come from the author's
  [earlier H3 retention study](https://huggingface.co/spaces/ethanfel/h3-retention-ab).
  They are themselves generated media, not independent ground truth.

Reference assets retain their applicable terms. This repository does not
relicense third-party materials or guarantee rights for downstream reuse.

## Evaluation approach

The blind and decoy review approach was informed by
[fblissjr/ComfyUI-h3-explorations](https://github.com/fblissjr/ComfyUI-h3-explorations).
The panel is an independent implementation; no claim is made that the external
grader was run. The private answer key, credentials and server execution
records are not included in the published presentation.
